Pat Grigadean has been a professional mediator, trainer, facilitator, and coach since 1990. She also has over 13 years’ experience in human resources, employee relations, management consulting & training, and organizational communication & development.
She is the former program director for the Dispute Resolution Center of Austin, a former board member of the Austin Association of Mediators and served as Organizational Development Coordinator in the Office of Human Resources at St. Edward’s University.
She has completed the training specified by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of Texas which meets the statutory requirements of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code #154.052, and has over 1000 hours of applied mediation experience and over 4000 hours conducting mediation and conflict resolution training.
She has successfully mediated disputes involving supervisors and employees, co-workers, charges of discrimination, harassment, and consumer complaints, as well as estate, divorce, neighborhood, juvenile, and personal injury disputes. She has published articles on communication and conflict resolution and co-authored a conflict resolution curriculum for high school freshmen.
Pat is joined by a team of qualified, experienced associates from a variety of disciplines available to assist with projects as needed.
